The exact account must use a supported route and provide the account, event, position, and order permissions required for its role. Validate the full entry and exit workflow before using live or funded capital.

What COPIERA does for Prop Firm traders

COPIERA groups one leader with the Prop Firm followers you select. When the connected leader route reports an eligible execution, the engine validates the event, applies each follower's settings, and starts the follower requests independently. Copying runs in COPIERA's cloud while the required broker sessions and account permissions remain valid.

How COPIERA handles Prop Firm execution

COPIERA's Rust engine separates internal signal-to-dispatch time from broker acknowledgement and market fill time. Eligible follower requests are started independently, so a slower provider does not create a sequential queue for every other follower. Final fills still depend on the broker route, permissions, network conditions, and market liquidity.

Risk management built for Prop Firm rules

Set COPIERA daily and weekly realized-P&L limits for the copy workflow. When an active limit is reached, the engine blocks new copied opening exposure. Daily limits use the futures session boundary, and weekly limits use the current futures trading week. These software controls complement, but do not replace, the broker or prop firm's own rules.

Connect the route behind your Prop Firm account

Prop Firm is the account provider, while the execution route may be Tradovate, Rithmic, TopstepX, or another supported API. Connect the route your account actually uses, choose the imported account, build a copy group, and review its permissions before testing. Potential routes to verify include TradingView, Tradovate, Rithmic, TopstepX, Volumetrica, DxFeed, CQG, DXtrade. Availability depends on the exact account and provider permissions.

Prop Firm Trade Copier — questions answered

Can I copy trades across multiple Prop Firm accounts at once?+
Yes. Connect a single leader and enable selected Prop Firm followers within your plan limit. Each eligible execution reported by the leader route creates independently tracked follower requests after settings and risk checks are applied.
Do I need a VPS to run the Prop Firm trade copier?+
No trader-managed VPS is required for a supported cloud route. COPIERA's engine continues independently of your computer while the service, broker sessions, credentials, and account permissions remain available.
How fast does COPIERA copy a Prop Firm trade?+
COPIERA measures internal signal-to-dispatch time separately from broker acknowledgement and market fill time. Eligible followers are dispatched independently. End-to-end results depend on the provider API, network conditions, account permissions, and market liquidity.
Will the copier respect my Prop Firm risk limits?+
Yes. You set max daily loss and max weekly loss in COPIERA. When realized copied-trade P&L hits a limit, the engine stops routing new opening orders. Daily locks reset at the next 18:00 ET session boundary; weekly locks reset at the next Sunday 18:00 ET week boundary.
Can I mix Prop Firm with non-Prop Firm accounts in one group?+
Yes, when each account is available through a supported and authorized futures route. A copy group can combine eligible Tradovate, Rithmic, and other implemented routes while retaining follower-specific controls.
Is it safe to give COPIERA my Prop Firm credentials?+
Stored broker credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are not written to application logs. They are decrypted only when needed and transmitted over encrypted connections to the authorized provider endpoint. OAuth is used where the provider supports it.
